Over 25 fossil fuel representatives part of country delegations at COP24

Kuwait in particular stands out, with 13 out of the 29 Kuwaiti delegates directly tied to oil companies. This offers a new light on Kuwait’s stand in the COP24 negotiations on December 7 on removing any mention of the IPCC Special Report on 1.5° in the negotiating text.
