At the first-ever global summit on Air Pollution and Health (APH), government officials and health experts from over 100 countries have gathered to place the issue of air pollution on the global agenda.

At the final High Level Action Day of the conference on November 1st, national and regional governments committed to provide their citizens with cleaner air.

As of November 1st, clean air commitments have been pledged by 25 countries, 8 cities, 4 regions, 15 Intergovernmental Organisations and Institutions and 29 NGOs at the APH Summit, bringing the total to 81 commitments.
