How are you feeling at the 3rd day of COP? Tired, stressed, confused? All of the above? Well, worry not! Climate Tracker has created a playlist for you to get you through these 2 weeks of negotiations! From Moana to Despacito, there’s a song for everything that happens here at COP! Follow our playlist here:

We of course begin with Moana, because this is a Fiji and Pacific COP. We know the Fiji presidency might feel the pressure, especially with their logo, Further, Faster, Together. We also have to remember that Fiji has felt and is feeling the impacts of climate change and every pacific island just longs to have a good future ahead of them:

Every turn I take, every trail I track
Every path I make, every road leads back
To the place I know, where I can not go, where I long to be

And speaking of this year’s logo, it reminds us of this Daft Punk song:
Work it harder
Make it better
Do it faster
Makes us stronger
And can we forget the early stars of the negotiations, Nicaragua and Syria? To them we dedicate this song by The Beatles:

Speaking of which, we also dedicate a song to the United States who, if they still decide to pull out of the agreement (which they said they still will do), will just be alone again, naturally:
Alone again, naturally
To think that only yesterday
I was cheerful, bright and gay
Looking forward to who wouldn’t do
The role I was about to play
And for when negotiations are going slow:
And for the freezing temperature outside (where we wish we were really in Fiji!):

Any other songs you can think of? Let us know so we can add it to the playlist! Happy listening!
